Lead the design, estimation, costing, and staffing for AMS and Managed Services engagements across Financial Services clients. Develop scalable support, maintenance, and operational models, along with various commercial constructs. Craft winning proposals, RFP responses, and Statements of Work. Drive solution workshops with clients to define scope, service levels, and operating models. Showcase EY assets and automation solutions to enhance competitiveness. Provide leadership in defining target operating models, transition plans, and service management processes. Offer SME guidance on ITIL-aligned processes and support continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on automation and operational efficiency.

We are seeking candidates with 12+ years of IT Services, Consulting, or Managed Services experience. A minimum of 7-8 years of hands-on AMS delivery and managed services leadership is essential, including experience leading teams of 25-30+ FTEs globally. You should have 5-7 years of experience in designing, costing, estimating, and solutioning AMS engagements, with a proven track record supporting clients in Insurance, Banking, or Wealth & Asset Management sectors. Strong pre-sales, proposal development, and client presentation skills are vital. Familiarity with enterprise application architectures, cloud environments, and methodologies like DevOps and Agile is expected. Industry knowledge in Insurance business processes and platforms is preferred.
