Lead comprehensive pre-sales activities for substantial AMS/outsourcing agreements valued at $20M or more. Develop winning solution architectures and transformation roadmaps from RFP/RFI documents. Take ownership of solution design, cost estimation, financial aspects, and client negotiation, including final offers (BAFO).

Drive collaboration among cross-functional teams and manage client relationships at senior and CXO levels. Contribute to achieving high win rates, optimal resource utilization, and significant contributions to sales targets and profit & loss accounts.

A seasoned professional with 12 to 16 years of extensive experience is sought. Essential expertise lies in AMS/ADM pre-sales and solution architecture, coupled with a strong understanding of outsourcing models, pricing strategies, estimation techniques, and commercial structuring.

Candidates should possess broad technological exposure, including SAP, custom application development, digital solutions, and ideally, generative AI. Proven experience in managing large transformation initiatives, vendor consolidation projects, and cost optimization efforts is crucial. Excellent stakeholder management, leadership qualities, and strong communication skills are mandatory.
