This role involves developing and updating maintenance procedures aligned with Airbus documentation standards. You will analyze engineering source data, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical changes and maintain the highest quality standards.

Develop and update AMM content for Airbus aircraft programs, adhering to Airbus documentation standards. Analyze engineering source data, drawings, and specifications to create accurate maintenance procedures. Perform technical analysis and impact assessments for engineering changes. Ensure technical documentation meets quality, accuracy, consistency, and compliance requirements. Coordinate with engineering, illustration, and review teams for technical clarifications. Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on AMM authoring processes.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in AMM Authoring for Airbus aircraft programs. Strong understanding of Aircraft Maintenance Manual structure, maintenance procedures, and technical documentation. Proficient with Airbus technical publication processes and authoring tools. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and source data. Experience in source data analysis, technical analysis, and impact analysis. Familiarity with engineering changes and their implications on technical publications. Experience with XML/SGML-based technical documentation and authoring tools is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Capability to work independently and deliver high-quality results. Experience mentoring team members and supporting process improvement initiatives is a plus.
