As an AMM Author, you will be instrumental in preparing, updating, and validating Airbus Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) content. Your work will span Airframe and Systems, adhering strictly to Airbus authoring standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include analyzing engineering inputs, Service Bulletins, and design modifications. You will be responsible for creating and refining AMM/TSM procedures and maintenance tasks, ensuring all documentation complies with established standards and guidelines. Collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Program teams is vital to meet project objectives for Right First Time (RFT) and On-Time Delivery (OTD).

This role requires a minimum of 9 years of experience with a strong understanding of AMM and aircraft maintenance documentation. A crucial part of this position involves interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, IPC, SRM, and source data.

You will leverage Airbus authoring tools to create and maintain technical content, incorporating feedback efficiently. Familiarity with ATA chapters, aircraft systems, and knowledge of S1000D/iSpec 2200 concepts are essential. The ability to perform self-quality checks before submission is also expected.
