Lead the definition and development of multi-tier web services, driving innovation in Amazon's Fulfillment Inventory systems.

Oversee the entire software development and deployment lifecycle, from system design and architecture through rigorous testing and efficient operations.

Collaborate closely with product and program management teams to gather requirements and define product strategy.

Foster an environment of continuous improvement, mentoring engineers to enhance their skills and effectiveness.

A minimum of 7 years of engineering experience is required, including at least 3 years in engineering team management.

Extensive experience (8+ years) in leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services is essential.

Solid understanding of engineering practices across the full software/hardware/networks development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations.

Proven ability to partner effectively with product or program management teams.
