As an Amazon Connect Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions that significantly enhance customer service experiences. Your work will involve implementing advanced features like Amazon Connect Contact Lens, integrating with various AWS services, and developing applications using Python and NodeJS. Furthermore, you will leverage Generative AI to enrich customer interactions and ensure the security and scalability of our applications and infrastructure.

Design, develop, and maintain robust Amazon Connect solutions to elevate customer service interactions. Implement Amazon Connect Contact Lens functionalities for advanced analytics and Verint replacement. Integrate Amazon Connect seamlessly with key AWS services, including Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis, Amazon Q, and Bedrock. Develop and optimize high-performance applications using Python and NodeJS. Manage and implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment of Amazon Connect and other AWS services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver impactful business solutions. Utilize GenAI capabilities to enhance customer engagement and interaction strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Amazon Connect and integrated services. Ensure the highest standards of security and scalability for all applications and infrastructure.

A proven track record as an Amazon Connect Developer or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in Amazon Connect and Lex is essential. Strong proficiency in Python and NodeJS is required. You should possess hands-on experience with a range of AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis, Amazon Q, and Bedrock. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform is beneficial. Experience with CI/CD tools and processes is also expected. Excellent problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration skills are vital for success in this role.
