As a key member of our team, you will ensure data accuracy and integrity, execute analytical workflows, and support Power BI operations. Execute data extraction, cleaning, standardization, and enrichment processes according to defined specifications. Perform thorough quality assurance checks, including completeness, reasonableness, and deduplication, documenting all findings. Prepare analysis-ready datasets for key performance indicator (KPI) reporting and quantitative modeling, avoiding undocumented transformations. Escalate any source data changes, mapping ambiguities, control failures, access issues, or concerns regarding confidential data.

Manage repeatable analytical tasks, including cuts, summaries, segmentations, and enrichments, adhering to approved intake processes and runbooks. Support Power BI report refreshes, visual maintenance, and testing of approved changes. Assist in the structured collection and preparation of solution, sales-play, account-plan, market, and partner inputs from various owning teams. Handle routine analytical production, leaving KPI definitions, methodology, and interpretation to senior roles.

Maintain visibility of intake status, service level agreements (SLAs), aging tasks, blockers, dependencies, and completion progress. Keep source maps, data dictionaries, transformation documentation, screenshots, controls, and backup instructions up-to-date. Identify manual steps that can be automated using Power Query, scripts, templates, or approved workflow automation tools. Foster cross-functional knowledge, developing proficiency in Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SQL, data quality practices, documentation, and approved AI tools.

A Bachelor's degree in analytics, information systems, business, computer science, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Possess experience in data preparation, reporting production, business operations, quality control, or shared-services analytics. Demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel, with working knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, and SQL or similar data preparation tools.

Exhibit a strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow documented specifications, retain quality assurance evidence, and escalate exceptions promptly. Develop generalist knowledge across strategic partners, understanding their specific datasets, terminology, and source requirements. Possess strong organizational skills, excellent documentation abilities, a service-oriented mindset, effective communication, and the capacity to deliver results within defined SLAs.
