Key responsibilities include managing partner investment funding and deal registration processes. You will reconcile inbound partner opportunities, maintain Salesforce data integrity, and promote partner funding initiatives.

Additional duties involve tracking key activities via project management tools, reviewing pipeline data, validating sales plays, and coordinating partner funding requests. You will also oversee WBS creation, monitor fund flow, handle financial reporting, and manage budgets, contributing to the overall efficiency of alliance operations.

Ideal candidates possess a strong foundation in business administration or information technology, coupled with extensive experience in operational data management and reporting within large, global organizations.

A proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders, manage complex processes, and work autonomously is essential. Familiarity with Salesforce and project management tools like Trello is required. Experience with Microsoft or partner-specific operations is a plus. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred.
