This role involves hands-on experience with AI/ML projects, developing supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms, and building deep learning models. You will be instrumental in working with Large Language Models (LLMs), including finetuning, Prompt Engineering, and developing RAG Applications. Proficiency in the end-to-end predictive modeling lifecycle is essential, from data analysis and cleaning to model validation and operationalization. Expertise in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is crucial for building and deploying AI solutions.

Candidates should possess 6-9 years of experience in key AI/ML skills. Essential qualifications include demonstrable expertise in AI/ML, machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, LLMs, Python, and SQL. Experience with AWS or Azure is required. A strong understanding of the entire predictive modeling lifecycle, including feature engineering, model validation, and operationalization, is necessary. Experience in working with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG applications is highly valued. Good communication skills and flexibility to work in a hybrid model from office locations in Manyata or EGL, Bangalore are expected.
