Further duties involve evaluating and integrating advanced AI/ML tools, such as GitHub Copilot and Azure OpenAI. You will also architect end-to-end AI/ML systems, covering data ingestion, model training, inference, and feedback loops, while partnering with enterprise architects and product leaders to align AI/ML initiatives with business objectives. Mentoring junior engineers is also a key aspect of this role.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, possessing at least 4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering and research. Proven expertise in LLMs, generative AI, and deep learning is essential.

Strong programming skills in Python, coupled with familiarity with ML libraries like scikit-learn and Keras, are required. Experience with experiment tracking tools (e.g., Weights & Biases, MLflow) and hands-on MLOps experience, including model deployment and monitoring, are crucial.
