Collaborate with senior AI/ML engineers on novel model architectures and cutting-edge AI trends, including deep learning and generative AI. Design autonomous systems for reasoning and planning, and refine algorithms for enhanced performance and interpretability. Translate theoretical advancements into practical enterprise applications, conducting rigorous experimentation and publishing findings. Ensure ethical AI development with fairness and transparency, while optimizing large-scale deployment and integrating AI solutions into production systems.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with at least 5 years of software development experience, including 2+ years focused on AI/ML solutions. Expertise in implementing generative AI using OpenAI compatible APIs, with hands-on experience in Azure Functions, Azure Monitor, and App Insights. Proficient in Python for AI/ML and automation, alongside experience with cloud-based AI and data services. Familiarity with platforms like Databricks, RAG, Agentic AI, AI Foundry, and LangFuse is essential. Experience with GitHub, M365 Copilot, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn), and front-end (React/Angular) or back-end (Java/.NET) development is required.
