As an AI/ML Engineer, you will architect and implement a cutting-edge AI-focused ecosystem, integrating diverse data sources (PDFs, Excel, APIs, etc.) for ML, GenAI, and LLM applications. Identify and implement AI/ML solutions within Sales and Digital domains to elevate user experience, automate manual processes, and perform predictive analysis on consumer journeys and competitive landscapes.
Key responsibilities include: - Designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models for complex business challenges. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to pinpoint AI/ML integration opportunities. - Conducting in-depth data analysis and interpreting findings to guide strategic decisions. - Staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML.
We are seeking a proficient AI/ML Engineer with a strong command of Python and a deep understanding of AI/ML concepts. A minimum of 5 years of experience with Python and data science libraries like scikit-learn and Databricks is required. Demonstrable experience (3+ years) in applying NLP techniques (transformers, GPT) in production environments with substantial data volumes is essential.
Furthermore, you should possess at least 2 years of experience leveraging LLMs (RAG, vector databases, embeddings) for real-world problem-solving. Experience with applying data science techniques in commercial enterprises, including supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, and time-series forecasting, is crucial. Proficiency in building APIs for models and experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP) are necessary. Azure experience is a plus.
Ideal candidates are organized, self-motivated individuals with a drive to work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex analyses to diverse audiences, are a must. Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities are expected.
