Lead the strategic direction for AI/ML initiatives, defining the company's AI roadmap. Communicate intricate technical details and outcomes clearly to business stakeholders. Offer expert guidance and subject matter expertise in the field of data science.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and develop effective data science solutions. Manage and mentor a team of data scientists, MLOps, ML engineers, and solution architects. Oversee the complete lifecycle of AI/ML projects, from initial data handling to model deployment.

Develop and implement advanced data science projects, including machine learning, deep learning, Agentic AI, generative AI, and NLP solutions. Ensure the quality, scalability, and reliability of AI systems. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science trends and technologies.

Demonstrated success in developing and deploying AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI models into production environments. Possess a strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools.

Experience with big data processing frameworks like Spark or Hadoop is essential. Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras is required. Strong expertise in NLP techniques, including hands-on experience with LLMs like Gemini, GPT, and BERT.

Fluency in programming languages including Python and R. Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their respective AI/ML services, with a preference for GCP. Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for CI/CD of machine learning models. Excellent leadership and team management abilities, coupled with strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
