As an AIA Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for defining the intelligent automation vision, roadmap, and governance for the IFAO business unit. This includes championing a platform-centric approach to reduce manual work across Finance and Accounting processes (L1 and L2 levels).

You will lead the adoption of Agentic AI and Generative AI to foster autonomous decision-making and intelligent workflows. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with IFAO stakeholders to build trust and establish yourself as their primary technology partner, identifying automation use-cases and presenting them to clients to drive new business opportunities.

We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in leading enterprise automation programs and a deep understanding of Agentic AI systems and Generative AI, including LLMs and prompt engineering. Expertise in RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere is essential.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are crucial for success in this role. While an MBA with a focus on technology management or strategy is preferred, a strong foundation in finance and accounting principles, including P2P, R2R, O2C, and regulatory compliances like GAAP and IFRS, is mandatory. Experience with AI governance, ethical AI, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
