As an AI Transformation Solutions Consultant, you will spearhead the integration of cutting-edge AI capabilities with global operational delivery. This role involves close collaboration with strategic Global System Integrator (GSI) partners to co-create and deploy automated AI support solutions, moving beyond traditional oversight to intelligent orchestration.

Develop a comprehensive multi-year AI roadmap to transform transactional environments into strategic engines for cloud value realization. Collaborate with Google Cloud Engineering, QA, and Support teams to embed agentic AI modules, such as AI-Assisted Case Review and Autonomous Support Agents. Design and implement next-generation governance frameworks focused on outcome-based performance. Serve as a technical advisor for vendor strategy, addressing execution gaps and fostering partnership maturity. Drive operational efficiency, automation, and measurable business impact through Gemini Enterprise.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. Fifteen years of experience in technical vendor strategy, operations, solutions consulting, software engineering, or technical program management is essential. Additionally, three years of hands-on experience with generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic automation for enterprise workflow transformation is necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience in delivering AI transformation programs in dynamic environments, strong client relationship building, deep subject matter expertise in GCP or Gemini Enterprise, and a proven track record managing large-scale global vendor partnerships.
