Lead the complete lifecycle of advanced technical learning development for Oracle Fusion Applications, AI agents, and enterprise AI. Develop robust technical solutions using APIs, SDKs, and enterprise data, ensuring they are enterprise-grade. Build, integrate, and evaluate AI agents using Oracle AI Agent Studio, focusing on prompts, workflows, and security.

Create engaging, hands-on learning materials including courses, labs, and code repositories. Partner with Product Development to validate technical approaches and incorporate new capabilities. Leverage AI-assisted development practices responsibly for prototyping and content creation. Ensure technical quality, maintainability, and reproducibility of all learning assets. Provide technical leadership by setting standards, mentoring, and delivering workshops.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, alongside a minimum of 10 years in Oracle Fusion Applications development, integration, or support. Essential is deep expertise in Fusion application architecture, extensibility, and APIs across various modules (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX).

Demonstrate hands-on experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio for agent creation, customization, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in developing AI-enabled applications using pro-code and low-code approaches is key, including understanding LLMs, prompt design, and RAG. Strong software engineering skills in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java, with working knowledge of SQL, APIs, SDKs, and source control are mandatory.

Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into effective learning materials, including labs, tutorials, and assessments, is crucial. Experience collaborating with product engineering teams on prerelease software and managing changes across product releases is highly valued. Excellent written communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are expected.
