As an AI Tech Consultant, you will collaborate closely with client leadership to diagnose critical challenges and formulate impactful IT strategies. You will champion your recommendations and work with BCG case teams to translate client potential into tangible performance improvements. This involves deploying customized IT strategies, digital platforms, and architectures, utilizing advanced technologies such as cloud computing, AI, blockchain, microservices, and containerization.

You will manage specific project segments, assess and mentor client technology teams, and oversee quality and risk while ensuring client expectations are met. You will develop innovative projects by enabling clients to adopt agile methods and modern approaches for strategic IT implementation. Additionally, you will contribute to project proposals, client relationship management, and identify new business opportunities, all while advancing the BCG brand as a vital member of the case team.

We are seeking exceptional individuals with a background in consulting and a proven track record in technology. A university degree with above-average academic performance in Information Technology or Computer Science is required, along with 3+ years of experience in consulting, implementation, assessment, or migration of ERP & Core Systems, technical project management, digital delivery, or technology consulting. A deep understanding of ERP systems and hands-on experience in ERP & core systems configuration projects, including implementation, migration, and integration, particularly with SAP S/4HANA, is essential.

Candidates must bring unique tech perspectives and possess a strategic mindset, characterized by a hypothesis-driven, 80:20 approach, and an iterative, activist stance. Self-management and leadership potential are crucial. You should demonstrate the ability to balance pragmatism with vision, articulate trade-offs in high-impact technology decisions, and possess expertise in data migration, cutover, and PMO. A strong grasp of various integration patterns and best practices, such as events, synchronous vs. asynchronous communication, and data integration, is also required. Fluency in English is mandatory, and Spanish proficiency is a significant advantage.
