Develop and implement groundbreaking projects by guiding clients in effectively applying agile methodologies and modern approaches to strategic IT initiatives.

Facilitate seamless integration of tailored, future-forward customer journeys, informed by precise situational analysis and current market trends like machine learning.

Design and optimize sophisticated IT architectures that align with enterprise solution requirements, modern custom software development needs, and sustainable digital solutions, including robust cyber resilience.

Actively engage with AI tools on client projects and empower clients to build their own AI capabilities within an AI-enabled work environment.

Possess a degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Informatics, or a closely related field.

Bring at least two years of proven experience in IT Consulting.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of key concepts including machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methodologies, AI, and robotics.

Have foundational hands-on experience with AI tools and a keen eagerness to enhance your AI expertise professionally.

Exhibit a passion for solving complex digital problems and a drive for developing and sharing innovative solutions.

Comfortable collaborating in interdisciplinary and global teams, with flexibility and a willingness to travel.

Proficient in understanding and communicating complex subjects in both German and English.
