As an AI Tech Architect, you will translate business needs into practical, scalable, and secure Generative AI technology solutions. You will collaborate with BCG consultants and client teams to assess existing technology landscapes, define target architectures, and implement modern AI platforms.

Key responsibilities include analyzing current application, data, and technology environments to identify AI architecture opportunities. You will support the design of Generative AI and machine learning architectures, evaluate cloud platforms and AI services, and contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and business cases. Additionally, you will design and implement AI platforms, review technical solutions, and clearly articulate complex architectural concepts to diverse audiences.

We are looking for candidates with 2–4 years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or technology consulting. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is essential.

Experience designing, developing, or implementing AI, machine learning, or Generative AI solutions in enterprise settings is crucial. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with languages like TypeScript, JavaScript, or R are necessary. You should have experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or LlamaIndex, and a strong understanding of large language models, RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, MLOps, and responsible AI principles.

Knowledge of cloud AI platforms like Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI, along with experience designing scalable data architectures, is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital for collaborating effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
