This role involves shaping AI strategy, identifying impactful use cases, and building robust operating models. You will be instrumental in creating roadmaps and driving AI adoption across various industries.

Develop and implement AI strategy frameworks, define critical use cases, and establish Agentic AI Center of Excellence Target Operating Models.

Conduct assessments, create prioritized transformation roadmaps, and map business cases for AI adoption.

Identify process automation opportunities with Agentic AI, ensuring measurable success criteria and actively participating in Gen/Agentic AI accelerators and POCs.

Define observability standards for AI, including decision traceability, hallucination control, and data lineage.

Support end-to-end AI use case delivery, from discovery workshops to execution, and lead RFP/RFI opportunity development.

A minimum of 10-15+ years in techno-functional pre-sales, solutioning, and business development, with 8+ years focused on AI strategic programs.

Experience in AI Strategy consulting, including AI Advisory, Gen/Agentic AI use case identification, AI maturity assessment, AI COE operating models, and product roadmaps.

Familiarity with medallion data architecture, semantic data layers, and Agentic AI automation workflows is essential. Understanding of data governance, data quality, and MDM concepts is also key.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to craft compelling proposals. Experience in market research and asset creation like Point of View (POV) and thought leadership is beneficial.

Candidates should possess intermediate/strong functional knowledge of GenAI/Agentic AI and LLM applications, RAG concepts, and agentic AI workflows, along with working knowledge of Agentic AI architecture, risk, and governance.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field is required. A Tier 1/2 MBA is preferred.

Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Retail industries is a significant advantage.
