This new team is dedicated to transforming Google's HR products and operations by leveraging artificial intelligence. Operating at the nexus of business, product, and engineering, we ideate, design, and launch groundbreaking agentic systems and capabilities.
As a member of our cross-functional AI specialist team, you will collaborate with business units to conceptualize and implement impactful AI solutions. Your work will involve reimagining existing workflows and partnering closely with engineering teams for the development, testing, and deployment of these advanced technologies.
Lead the entire lifecycle of AI-driven solutions, from conceptualization and design to build and launch, focusing on delivering business value and superior user experiences. Ensure all solutions adhere to stringent safety, compliance, and ethical AI principles, with robust human-in-the-loop verification.
Partner effectively with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze current processes. Redesign these into efficient agentic workflows, bringing your expertise on emerging AI capabilities, industry trends, and best practices.
Integrate high-quality AI solutions into client workflows using agentic harnesses and frameworks. This includes authoring effective prompts, developing evaluation plans, and leading human evaluations as needed.
Collaborate with internal and external engineering teams to define business requirements and drive the successful delivery of large-scale engineered solutions.
Establish key success metrics, measurement frameworks, and ROI models. Spearhead change management initiatives to ensure widespread adoption and present strategic direction and progress updates to senior leadership within POps and Engineering.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, coupled with a minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, strategy, or business operations. Proven experience in leading change management initiatives and effectively managing executive stakeholders is essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience in global operations, understanding organizational structures and workflows. Familiarity with no-code/low-code AI tools and a proactive approach to learning are highly valued. Experience in developing and deploying technology solutions, including AI/ML, with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and collaborate with technical teams is a plus.
Knowledge of global HR/People Operations processes or service operations transformation is beneficial. The ability to drive initiatives requiring change management and stakeholder alignment, while also connecting ideas, identifying synergies, and fostering cross-team collaboration, is crucial. A passion for structuring information to support decision-making and align stakeholders will be key to success in this role.
