This role places you at the nexus of business, product, and engineering, driving the ideation, design, and launch of groundbreaking agentic systems and capabilities.
Become an integral part of a diverse team of AI specialists, collaborating closely with business units to conceptualize and implement impactful AI solutions. You'll reimagine existing workflows and work hand-in-hand with engineering teams for development, rigorous testing, and seamless deployment.
Spearhead the entire lifecycle of AI-driven solutions, from initial concept and design to build and launch, prioritizing business value and user experience. Ensure all initiatives strictly adhere to safety, compliance, ethical AI principles, and robust human-in-the-loop verification processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze current processes and transform them into efficient agentic workflows. Leverage your expertise in emerging AI capabilities, industry trends, and best practices to guide these transformations.
Integrate high-quality AI solutions into client workflows using advanced agentic harnesses and frameworks. This includes authoring precise prompts, developing comprehensive evaluation plans, and leading human evaluations as necessary. Drive the delivery of large-scale engineered solutions by serving as the liaison for business requirements with internal and external engineering teams. Establish clear success metrics, measurement frameworks, and ROI models, leading change management efforts for widespread adoption. Regularly present strategic directions and project updates to senior leadership within People Operations and Engineering.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. A minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, strategy, or business operations is essential. Proven experience in leading change management initiatives and managing executive-level stakeholders is also a key requirement.
Preferred qualifications include experience in global operations, understanding organizational structures and workflows. Familiarity with no-code/low-code AI tools and a strong desire to learn are advantageous. Experience contributing to the development and deployment of technology solutions, particularly in AI/ML, demonstrating the ability to identify opportunities and collaborate effectively with technical teams, is highly valued. Knowledge of global HR/People Operations processes or service operations transformation is a plus.
