Join EY's Global Managed Services team as an AI Solution & Transformation Architect and play a pivotal role in designing and proposing cutting-edge AI-first solutions. This role focuses on embedding agentic workflows, automation, and AI-driven productivity to create scalable, outcome-based delivery models for our clients. Lead the complete AI solutioning process for significant Tech Managed Service proposals, defining AI-driven productivity gains supported by robust automation roadmaps. Develop comprehensive ROI and TCO analyses to build compelling AI narratives and integrated operating models. Reimagine traditional TechOps models with agentic capabilities and drive AI-backed value engineering for commercial differentiation. Design intricate AI architectures encompassing LLMs, NLP, RAG, agent skills, knowledge graphs, vector databases, and predictive analytics. Collaborate with deal teams in workshops and discovery sessions, creating impactful pursuit slide decks. Conduct sector-specific and tool-specific AI research, publishing thought leadership. Stay abreast of EY.ai Tech MS assets, tools, and the global stakeholder landscape, fostering deep collaboration with regional leaders and client partners. Lead POCs, MVPs, and rapid prototyping, integrating emerging AI capabilities into our solution offerings. Perform AI maturity assessments and design responsible AI and agentic AI guardrails. Conduct FinOps analysis and provide AI service cost estimates.

A minimum of 15 years in consulting, pre-sales, and managed services is required, alongside an engineering graduate degree and post-graduation in AI & ML. Expertise in enterprise observability and AIOps solutions (e.g., Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic) is essential. Profound experience with agentic AI platforms, architectures, and automation tools (e.g., Azure AI Foundry, GCP Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock) is crucial. Proficiency in client storytelling, verbal presentations, and crafting impactful PowerPoint slides is mandatory. Strong data engineering skills including SQL, ETL pipelines, streaming, and data lakes, along with an understanding of data engineering agents, are necessary. Familiarity with enterprise security, identity, compliance, and governance within AI deployments is expected. Experience in agentic solution design, build, and deployment, with a deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, GenAI, RAG, prompt engineering, and model tuning is vital. Previous experience in Technology Managed Service pre-sales and solutioning as a Solution Architect is a prerequisite. Certifications such as Azure AI Engineer/Architect, SNOW Assist, SAP AI Architect, ITIL Foundation, SAFe, Certified Solution Architect, and Certified Enterprise Architect are highly valued. Experience with multiple SaaS tools and platforms, pursuit solutioning (RFP, RFI, RFQ), and a keen awareness of the Technology Managed Service competitive landscape are advantageous.
