EY is seeking an experienced AI Solution & Transformation Architect to lead the design and proposal of AI-first Managed Services solutions. Lead comprehensive AI solutioning for significant Tech Managed Service proposals (RFPs/RFIs).

Define AI-driven productivity targets, supported by detailed automation roadmaps.

Develop robust ROI and TCO-backed AI narratives to articulate business value.

Create AI-integrated operating models and reimagine traditional TechOps models with agentic possibilities.

Drive AI-backed value engineering and establish commercial differentiation.

Design end-to-end AI architectures, including LLMs, NLP, RAG, agent skills, knowledge graphs, vector databases, and predictive analytics.

Collaborate actively with Deal Architects and teams in workshops and design sessions.

Develop compelling managed service proposal slide decks infused with deep client context.

Conduct sector-specific and tool-specific AI research, publishing points of view and thought leadership.

Maintain and enhance knowledge of EY.ai Tech MS assets, tools, and global stakeholder groups.

Engage in deep collaboration with super region leaders, client partners, and leadership teams.

Lead Proofs of Concept (POCs), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and rapid prototyping efforts.

Evaluate and integrate emerging AI capabilities into Tech MS solution offerings.

Conduct AI maturity assessments and design responsible AI and agentic AI guardrails.

Perform FinOps analysis and provide AI service and token cost estimates.

Proven experience and expertise in enterprise observability and AIOps landscapes and solutioning (e.g., Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic, SAP Cloud ALM).

Extensive experience with multiple agentic AI platforms, architectures, and automation tools (e.g., Azure AI Foundry, GCP Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, SAP BTP, ServiceNow AI, LangGraph, CrewAI, Microsoft Agent Framework, UiPath, SAP Signavio, Celonis Process Intelligence).

Exceptional proficiency in client storytelling and presentation, both verbally and in written slide decks.

Strong data engineering skills, including SQL, ETL pipelines, streaming, and data lakes, with an understanding of data engineering agents.

Solid understanding of enterprise security, identity, compliance, and governance within AI deployments.

Demonstrated experience in agentic solution design, build, and deployment, with a deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, GenAI, RAG, prompt engineering, and model tuning.

Experience in Technology Managed Service pre-sales and solutioning as a Solution Architect.

Minimum of 15 years of overall consulting, pre-sales, and managed service experience.

Engineering graduate with a postgraduate degree in AI & ML.

Relevant certifications such as Azure AI Engineer/Architect, ServiceNow AI, SAP AI Architect, ITIL Foundation, SAFe, Certified Solution Architect, and Certified Enterprise Architect are highly desirable.

Familiarity with multiple SaaS tools and platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Guidewire) and pursuit solutioning experience (RFP, RFI, RFQ) is preferred.

A deep awareness of the Technology Managed Service competitive landscape is beneficial.
