This pivotal role involves collaborating with client Enterprise Architecture teams to translate complex business needs into innovative, scalable, and compliant technical architectures.

This position requires a seasoned professional adept at architecting high-value, intricate solutions, leveraging deep domain expertise and a forward-thinking approach to technology integration. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of BFSI digital transformation.

Lead the architectural design and delivery of large-scale BFSI transformation programs, encompassing core system upgrades, digital customer journeys, payments, claims, underwriting, and regulatory adherence. Engage collaboratively with sales and bid teams to develop compelling proposals and responses to RFPs, providing technical direction throughout the deal lifecycle. Foster strong relationships with client EA teams to understand requirements, co-create roadmaps, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies like cloud, AI/ML, microservices, and DevOps, integrating them into BFSI solution strategies. Uphold technical integrity, manage risks, and ensure compliance with BFSI regulations and security mandates. Effectively communicate solution value and intricate technical concepts to senior leadership, including CIOs, CTOs, and business executives.
