Join EY's GDS Risk Management Services (RMS) Innovation Risk function in Gurgaon, India. This role supports AI Risk and Governance workstreams, translating Responsible AI policies and regulatory expectations into practical governance activities.

Provide hands-on support for AI Risk and Governance workstreams, including planning, delivery, and tracking milestones and risks. Coordinate cross-functional reviews involving various EY departments and external partners.

Prepare and maintain governance materials, develop implementation plans for AI guidance, and support the entire AI governance lifecycle from intake to post-deployment monitoring. Prepare leadership reports and assess AI systems against Responsible AI principles and regulatory requirements.

A Post Graduate degree or equivalent professional qualification in a related field is required, along with approximately 10 years of experience in risk management, governance, or technology risk. Experience with AI regulation and responsible innovation practices is preferred.

Strong technical skills in AI risk, governance processes, and digital tools like Excel and PowerPoint are essential. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities are crucial for collaborating effectively in a global environment.
