This role focuses on defining and delivering AI-powered products that drive significant business outcomes and enable enterprise transformation. You will be instrumental in shaping the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, aligning them closely with overarching business objectives. The position demands a strategic approach to prioritizing product backlogs to achieve maximum value and successful delivery.

Prioritize product backlogs to maximize value, adoption, and delivery outcomes. Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver impactful AI solutions. Define key success metrics and continuously refine products based on data-driven insights. Drive the responsible adoption of AI, ensuring a balance between governance, risk management, and user trust. Shape the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

A minimum of 14 years of relevant experience is required for this position. Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst within Agile environments. Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable product requirements and strategic roadmaps. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential. Experience working alongside software engineering teams and contributing to digital transformation initiatives. Familiarity with AI, GenAI, LLMs, agentic solutions, product governance, and value measurement frameworks is preferred.
