Capgemini Invent seeks an AI Product Manager to spearhead AI-driven product innovation. This role focuses on the complete product journey, from identifying opportunities and defining requirements to successful delivery and adoption. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to shape solutions and translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable product requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Manage the entire product lifecycle for AI-powered products and features. Lead business requirement elicitation through workshops and interviews. Define clear, feasible product and functional requirements. Provide functional guidance to cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, developers, data scientists, and ML engineers. Translate AI and GenAI concepts, including LLM and RAG approaches, into tangible product features. Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise data governance, security, and compliance standards.

Contribute to defining the product roadmap, planning releases, managing dependencies, and tracking value realization. Embrace agile methodologies, prioritizing incremental delivery and leveraging formal scrum practices when beneficial.

Proven experience in owning the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven products. Skilled in leading business requirement gathering and solution shaping with stakeholders. Ability to translate business problems into clear, actionable product and functional requirements. Experience in providing functional leadership to diverse delivery teams. Familiarity with agile ways of working and applying them pragmatically.

Understanding of AI and GenAI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). Knowledge of enterprise data governance, security, and compliance standards is essential. Experience contributing to product roadmap definition, release planning, and dependency management is valued.
