This role involves charting the course as an Enterprise Architect and Technical Delivery Manager, architecting technical marvels, and ensuring seamless integration into customer IT ecosystems. Partner with Account teams and Customer Engineers during technical evaluations to assess project feasibility and shape long-term adoption proposals. Lead upfront technical design for enterprise-grade AI solutions, ensuring secure integration of models, agents, and connectors into customer data pipelines, identity providers, and compliance boundaries. Dive into code-level context to diagnose and resolve complex customer implementation issues, identify core product bugs, and test workarounds. Serve as the liaison to core Product and Engineering teams, troubleshooting deployment blockers and translating field feedback into actionable feature requests. Steer implementation strategy through technical authority and architectural foresight, owning the technical reality of delivery with customer-facing teams.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required. You should have at least 7 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners. Proven experience in leading technical delivery strategies, debugging systems, and interfacing with product/engineering organizations is essential. Proficiency in reading or debugging code in a general-purpose language like Java, Python, or JavaScript is necessary. Experience with enterprise integrations, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML model deployments, and system design or orchestration frameworks is also expected.
