As an Enterprise Architect and Technical Delivery Manager, you will lead technical design for enterprise-grade AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration into customer environments. Responsibilities include deep-level debugging, resolving complex implementation issues, identifying product bugs, and serving as the primary liaison with Product and Engineering teams. You will architect how technical solutions integrate within customer IT ecosystems, managing connectors, identity, data residency, and legal constraints, while driving the overall technical delivery strategy.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and a minimum of 7 years in technical troubleshooting. Essential experience includes leading technical delivery strategies, system debugging, and engaging with product/engineering organizations. Proficiency in reading or debugging code in languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript is required. Experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, ECMs, identity), cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments, along with system design or orchestration frameworks, is also necessary.
