Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions, with a key focus on Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI-driven workflow automation.

Build and maintain RAG applications utilizing vector databases, embeddings, document ingestion pipelines, and advanced retrieval strategies. Develop AI-powered workflow automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and business process intelligence.

Integrate sophisticated AI capabilities into enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud-native platforms. Implement prompt engineering, robust evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and comprehensive observability for AI applications. Work with cloud services on AWS and Azure, ensuring adherence to responsible AI best practices.

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with a strong engineering mindset and practical experience in building production-ready AI systems using frameworks like Spring AI, LangChain, and LangGraph.

Requires hands-on experience with LLM-based application development, including agentic AI concepts, RAG architecture, and prompt engineering. Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot and/or Python, alongside experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern DevOps practices is essential.

Familiarity with vector databases, workflow orchestration tools, observability platforms, and security/governance for GenAI applications is expected. A graduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field and 5+ years of software engineering experience are required.
