Architect and build advanced enterprise Generative AI solutions utilizing platforms like Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure AI Foundry. Define robust AI solution architectures and implementation strategies aligned with key business and technical objectives. Develop and deploy sophisticated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Graph RAG, and Agentic AI architectures for diverse enterprise use cases.

Lead the creation of intelligent AI agents, tool-calling workflows, and autonomous task execution frameworks. Design and implement multi-agent orchestration solutions using frameworks such as LangGraph, while evaluating emerging platforms like AutoGen or CrewAI. Optimize prompt strategies, retrieval mechanisms, context orchestration, and response generation for maximum effectiveness.

Develop prompt engineering pipelines, integrate vector databases, and build semantic search solutions. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures that support scalable enterprise AI applications. Design and implement workflows using LangChain or LangGraph to streamline AI application development.

Architect scalable AI engineering systems incorporating best practices for authentication, authorization, asynchronous processing, scheduling, multithreading, API governance, and enterprise deployment. Spearhead model fine-tuning and customization initiatives to enhance domain-specific AI performance. Define AI integration patterns and deployment strategies within complex enterprise application ecosystems.

Design cloud-native AI integration patterns to support enterprise APIs, databases, messaging platforms, and event-driven architectures. Establish comprehensive evaluation frameworks for AI response quality, reliability, relevance, and consistency. Design Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows and evaluation mechanisms to improve AI quality, governance, and business reliability.

Conduct thorough reviews of AI solution designs, ensuring adherence to engineering standards, scalability, maintainability, and responsible AI practices. Perform detailed root cause analysis to troubleshoot complex AI workflow, retrieval, orchestration, and model behavior challenges. Mentor team members on GenAI frameworks, RAG architectures, agentic systems, and AI engineering best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on AI solution quality, innovation, and operational effectiveness.

This senior role requires deep expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and advanced Generative AI & Agentic Framework Concepts. Proficiency in Cloud Application Integration & Deployment is essential, along with hands-on experience with Agentic AI Systems, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure OpenAI Service. A strong understanding of AI Agents & Tool Calling, coupled with experience in frameworks like LangChain, is mandatory.
