Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions leveraging platforms like Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, and AI Search. Architect and implement advanced solutions including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Graph RAG, and Agentic AI systems.

Drive the development of intelligent AI agents, tool-calling workflows, and autonomous task execution frameworks. Design multi-agent orchestration solutions using frameworks such as LangGraph and evaluate emerging platforms like AutoGen or CrewAI.

Develop sophisticated prompt strategies, retrieval mechanisms, and context orchestration frameworks. Integrate vector databases, implement semantic search solutions, and design scalable AI engineering architectures incorporating best practices for authentication, authorization, asynchronous processing, and API governance.

Lead model fine-tuning initiatives and establish comprehensive evaluation frameworks for AI response quality, reliability, and consistency. Design Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows and conduct root cause analysis for complex AI challenges.

Mentor team members on GenAI frameworks and AI engineering best practices. Promote innovation and drive continuous improvement in AI solution quality and operational effectiveness.

Possess expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), advanced GenAI, and Agentic Framework Concepts. Strong experience with Cloud Application Integration & Deployment, Agentic AI Systems, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure OpenAI Service is essential.

Proficiency in AI Agents & Tool Calling and frameworks like LangChain is required. Experience with Amazon Bedrock, AI Search Index, and designing architectures for Graph RAG and multi-agent systems is crucial.
