The position involves continuously enhancing software development and operational processes.

Independently perform duties and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Actively participate and contribute to team discussions. Provide effective solutions to work-related challenges. Collaborate with diverse teams to integrate AI components smoothly into software products. Document best practices and AI-native methodologies to facilitate knowledge sharing. Mentor junior team members by offering guidance and sharing expertise for their professional development.

Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition and strong proficiency in Jakarta EE. Candidates should possess extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications. Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines is essential. Experience with AI frameworks and tools for embedding intelligent features is needed. Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing complex software systems are key skills. A solid understanding of cloud platforms and microservices architecture is also required.
