Lead AI-native operating model transformation from assessment and advisory through design, implementation, and benefits realization. This involves working across enterprise, digital, or IT contexts, including GBS and shared services, to define how people, AI, data, and technology collaborate with appropriate human oversight.

Key responsibilities include: - Designing AI-native operating models by assessing current processes, organization, capabilities, and service performance to identify AI and automation opportunities. - Facilitating leadership workshops to establish an AI-native operating model vision and prioritize opportunities. - Defining future operating models covering workflows, roles, capabilities, decision rights, governance, and performance. - Mobilizing and leading transformation programs across functions and geographies, managing scope, budgets, resources, quality, and dependencies. - Advising senior leaders on AI-native operating model choices, economics, and workforce implications.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant consulting, business, or technology transformation experience is required, with a strong emphasis on operating model transformation. You should have proven experience in assessing, designing, and implementing operating models, with clear ownership of deliverables and business outcomes. Depth in at least one enterprise, digital, IT, or service operating model context is mandatory.

Practical experience applying AI to business transformation, including workflow redesign and understanding the resulting changes to roles, is essential. Demonstrated program or workstream leadership, including stakeholder alignment, delivery planning, business cases, risk management, organizational change, and benefits realization, is also required. Excellent consulting, facilitation, and executive communication skills are necessary to articulate AI opportunities and limitations in business terms and collaborate effectively with specialists.
