Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting user requirements, developing user stories, estimates, and work plans. You will ensure adherence to modern AI/Gen AI best practices, develop, validate, and deploy AI models, and establish/maintain development standards. Analyzing ML algorithms for problem-solving and ranking them by success probability is crucial. Sharing knowledge on best ML Engineering practices with the team is also a core part of the role.

Successful candidates will possess 4+ years of experience in AI development, with strong programming skills in Python and a good grasp of ML, Data, and API libraries. Expertise in creating end-to-end data pipelines and AI model development is required. Knowledge of ModelOps/MLOps, AutoML, AI Ethics, Trust, and Explainable AI is essential, along with familiarity with ML frameworks like SparkML, Tensorflow, scikit-learn, XGBoost, and H2o. Experience with cloud environments (SAP, AWS, Azure, GCP) or containerized environments (Mesos, Kubernetes) is necessary. A keen interest in understanding functional and industry business challenges is also valued.
