Seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to develop and implement cutting-edge AI solutions. This role focuses on building applications and systems leveraging AI tools and cloud services, ensuring production-ready quality through robust cloud or on-premise pipelines. You'll have the opportunity to integrate Generative AI models, including deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing techniques, into comprehensive solutions.

Key responsibilities include developing and deploying LLM-powered AI agents with Python, designing agentic AI workflows, and building multi-agent systems. You will also be responsible for creating and optimizing RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval, integrating LLMs, vector databases, APIs, and external tools. Performance evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of agent accuracy and reliability are essential. Expect to become a subject matter expert, actively participate in team discussions, and collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications.

A strong foundation in Agent Development is mandatory, complemented by hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI. Proficiency in AI/Agent development and associated frameworks is crucial. We are also looking for experience with Python, Large Language Models, and Agentic Design. A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, best practices in full-stack development, and experience designing scalable APIs and microservices are highly valued. Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices for continuous integration and deployment, along with the ability to optimize AI applications for performance and resource utilization, is expected. A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in Agent Development is required, with overall experience ranging from 4-5 years.
