We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with expertise in developing AI-powered applications and systems. This role involves leveraging Cloud AI services and implementing robust on-premise or cloud application pipelines with production-ready quality. A key aspect of this position is the application of Generative AI models, potentially including deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing, as integral parts of the solutions.

This role focuses on building intelligent, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions, with a strong emphasis on Agent Development, Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The ideal candidate will be instrumental in advancing our AI capabilities.

Develop and deploy LLM-powered AI agents utilizing Python. Design sophisticated Agentic AI workflows, encompassing tool calling and multi-agent systems. Construct and optimize RAG pipelines for efficient enterprise knowledge retrieval. Seamlessly integrate LLMs, vector databases, APIs, and external tools. Evaluate, monitor, and enhance agent performance, accuracy, and reliability. Expected to operate independently and grow into a subject matter expert. Actively participate and contribute meaningfully to team discussions. Provide innovative solutions to complex work-related challenges. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Maintain and improve existing applications to ensure optimal reliability and efficiency.

A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in Agent Development is required, with an overall experience range of 4-5 years. Proficiency in Agent Development is essential. Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI is a must. Demonstrated experience in AI/Agent development and familiarity with agent frameworks are expected. Experience with Python (Programming Language) and Agentic Design are highly desirable. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices in full-stack development. Experience in designing and implementing scalable APIs and microservices is beneficial. Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices supporting continuous integration and deployment is advantageous. Ability to optimize AI applications for enhanced performance and resource utilization. 15 years of full-time education is required.
