Drive the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI solutions. Design and implement autonomous and multi-agent systems with planning, reasoning, and workflow execution capabilities. Build agent workflows using orchestration frameworks and develop reusable agent components. Enable human-in-the-loop controls and agent governance. Evaluate, select, and integrate appropriate Large Language Models (LLMs). Design robust prompt engineering strategies and optimize model performance. Implement enterprise-scale Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, including document ingestion and embedding pipelines. Manage vector databases and knowledge repositories to improve factual accuracy and reduce AI hallucinations.

Required qualifications include full-stack developer experience with proficiency in Java, React, Next JS, Python, REST API's, SQL, and Azure Cloud Platform. Expertise in AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Blob Storage is essential. Prior experience with Agentic AI and LLMs is mandatory.
