Join our team as an AI/ML Engineer, focusing on developing advanced applications and systems powered by AI tools and Cloud AI services. You will create production-ready applications within robust cloud or on-premise pipelines.

This role involves the application of Generative AI (GenAI) models, potentially including deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing, to solve complex challenges. You will be instrumental in building user-facing AI products from the ground up, encompassing frontend, backend, AI orchestration, data integration, and deployment.

We seek a candidate with hands-on experience in full-stack generation tools like v0, Lovable, Bolt.new, and Replit Agent. Proficiency with Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot is essential for transforming prototypes into fully tested React/TypeScript and Python services. Experience with secure authentication, databases, APIs, and deployment pipelines is also a key requirement.

- Design and implement responsive user interfaces for conversational and workflow-driven AI applications. - Develop robust backend services, APIs, and manage agent orchestration, retrieval, and tool integrations. - Implement essential features such as streaming, state management, approvals, notifications, and exception handling. - Integrate authentication, authorization, enterprise systems, and various data sources. - Build comprehensive evaluation systems, telemetry, error handling, and production monitoring capabilities. - Optimize applications for user experience, latency, reliability, accessibility, and cost-effectiveness. - Actively participate in production support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Proven experience shipping and operating full-stack applications that are used by real users. - Demonstrable proficiency with modern frontend frameworks such as React, TypeScript, or comparable alternatives. - Strong skills in Python, API development, asynchronous processing, and database management. - Expertise in LLM APIs, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), agent frameworks, streaming, and generating structured outputs. - Familiarity with cloud deployment strategies, containerization, CI/CD practices, identity management, security principles, and observability tools. - Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience is required for this position.
