This role focuses on developing AI-powered applications and systems, leveraging Cloud AI services and robust application pipelines. You'll have the opportunity to apply Generative AI (GenAI) models, including deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing, to create innovative solutions.

The core of this position involves building complete user-facing AI products, spanning frontend, backend, AI orchestration, and data integration. You will utilize cutting-edge tools for rapid full-stack generation and transform prototypes into production-ready React/TypeScript and Python services, complete with secure authentication, databases, APIs, and deployment pipelines. A proven track record of shipping and operating full-stack applications with real user engagement is essential.

You will be responsible for creating responsive user interfaces for conversational and workflow-driven AI applications.

Key duties include building backend services, APIs, agent orchestration, and integrating retrieval and tool functionalities. You'll implement crucial features like streaming, state management, approvals, notifications, and exception handling.

Furthermore, you will integrate authentication, authorization, enterprise systems, and diverse data sources. Developing robust evaluation, telemetry, error handling, and production monitoring systems is also a significant part of this role. Optimizing user experience, latency, reliability, accessibility, and cost will be ongoing objectives. You will also actively participate in production support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

We are seeking individuals with hands-on proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React and TypeScript, or comparable alternatives.

Essential technical skills include expertise in Python, API development, asynchronous processing, and database management. Familiarity with LLM APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agent frameworks, streaming, and structured output generation is required.

Experience with cloud deployment, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, identity management, security best practices, and observability tools is also a must. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience is mandatory for this position. The educational requirement is 15 years of full-time education.
