We are hiring an AI Development Manager with DevOps expertise to lead the creation and delivery of enterprise-level AI and Generative AI solutions. This role requires strong software engineering and AI development skills, combined with a solid understanding of DevOps practices for seamless deployment, automation, and scalability.

Lead the complete lifecycle of AI/ML and Generative AI application development and delivery. Define robust application architectures, development standards, and best engineering practices. Manage and guide teams of AI Engineers, Full Stack Developers, and Technical Leads across various projects. Architect scalable, secure, and cloud-native AI solutions. Collaborate closely with Data Science, Product, QA, Infrastructure, and Security teams to ensure successful enterprise AI application delivery. Partner with DevOps teams to establish efficient CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, release management, and production support. Ensure all AI applications are reliable, scalable, secure, and production-ready. Champion Agile development methodologies, uphold code quality, and enforce engineering governance. Conduct solution design reviews, perform technical assessments, and mentor engineering staff. Oversee project delivery, proactively manage technical risks, and maintain clear stakeholder communication. Foster innovation by evaluating new AI technologies and advancing engineering practices.

A minimum of 10 years in IT, with at least 5 years in application development or engineering leadership roles. Demonstrated success in delivering AI/ML or Generative AI applications within enterprise settings. Deep expertise in software development, system design, and cloud-native application architecture. Proven experience leading technical teams and managing enterprise-scale project deliveries. A strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies, and deployment automation. Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.

Technical Proficiency: AI & Generative AI: LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Gemini/Vertex AI, Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Azure AI Search). Application Development: Python, Java/.NET/Node.js (one preferred), REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture. Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP). DevOps Understanding: Git, Azure DevOps/Jenkins/GitLab CI/CD/GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, IaC concepts (Terraform/Bicep preferred), Release Management, Deployment Automation. Monitoring & Security: Azure Monitor/Application Insights, Grafana/Prometheus, Logging & Observability, Secure Coding Practices, DevSecOps fundamentals.
