Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Develop comprehensive program roadmaps, integrated delivery plans, and establish strong governance structures. Implement and enhance PMO frameworks, delivery standards, and executive reporting mechanisms. Manage program budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and track cost performance against business cases. Drive business transformation, operating model changes, process enhancements, technology-enabled initiatives, and digital modernization projects. Establish effective practices for managing risks, issues, dependencies, change, quality, and escalations. Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders, clients, business stakeholders, and technology teams. Lead steering committees and executive reviews, clearly communicating program status, trade-offs, and resolving complex challenges. Mentor and develop project and program managers, PMO staff, and geographically diverse teams. Ensure operational readiness and smooth transitions of solutions into managed services or BAU operations. Utilize project portfolio platforms, analytics, and KPIs to enhance transparency and decision-making. Contribute to investment planning, commercial assessments, proposals, and continuous improvement of delivery methodologies.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is required. Possess a minimum of 18 years of progressive experience in project and program management, PMO leadership, enterprise transformation, managed services, or global operations. Demonstrated experience leading complex programs with multiple workstreams, dependencies, senior stakeholders, and distributed teams. Proficiency in program governance, integrated planning, financial management, resource planning, risk mitigation, delivery assurance, and executive reporting. Experience delivering business transformation, operating model adjustments, service transitions, process improvements, automation, or technology modernization. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, facilitate decisions, manage ambiguity, and resolve complex delivery challenges. Experience leading and developing project managers, program managers, PMO professionals, and cross-functional teams. Strong business acumen, executive communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and change leadership skills are essential. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches, with the ability to select appropriate methodologies. Experience with project and portfolio management tools such as Microsoft Project, Planview, and Jira is necessary.
