Empower EY's AI Governance framework as the dedicated AI Governance Operations & Platform Lead. This pivotal role involves operationalizing governance for all AI and Generative AI solutions, acting as the Product Owner and Operational Lead for the ServiceNow-based AI Governance platform. You will ensure consistent implementation, monitoring, and evidence of governance requirements, risk assessments, controls, and compliance throughout the AI lifecycle.

Bridge the gap between business needs, AI development, risk, and compliance functions. Translate governance mandates into scalable, automated workflows and controls within the platform, driving effective AI governance across the organization.

Operationalize EY's AI Governance framework across all AI and intelligent automation solutions, embedding controls throughout the AI lifecycle. Drive onboarding of AI solutions, facilitate risk assessments, control evaluations, and compliance reviews. Monitor governance metrics, identify gaps, and support audits.

Lead the ServiceNow AI Governance platform as Product Owner, defining its roadmap and requirements. Manage platform configuration, testing, and user support, while driving automation of governance activities for enhanced efficiency and compliance.

Support the AI Risk and Controls Matrix (RACM), ensuring controls align with AI risks and regulatory obligations. Monitor control effectiveness and aid in implementing Responsible AI principles and compliance requirements.

Engage with diverse stakeholders including product owners, engineering, architecture, Info Sec, privacy, legal, and risk management. Translate policies into practical workflows and operational processes, gathering business requirements to enhance platform capabilities.

Develop governance dashboards and executive reports, tracking platform adoption, coverage, and remediation. Champion continuous improvement of governance processes, controls, and platform functionality.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field is required. You should possess over 20 years of experience in governance, risk management, compliance, IT controls, ServiceNow, or enterprise platform management.

Demonstrated experience as a Governance Lead, Product Owner, Platform Manager, or Business Analyst is essential. Proficiency in working with enterprise governance, compliance, workflow, or GRC platforms is crucial. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills are needed, along with experience managing process implementation across large, complex organizations.
