Design and construct advanced AI-driven applications for the DB Intelligence program, encompassing user interfaces, APIs, microservices, and data integration layers. Develop modern front-end solutions using React and TypeScript, ensuring strong API integration and exceptional user experiences that highlight explainable AI. Build Python services for seamless AI/ML integration, model orchestration, RAG, agentic workflows, and data processing. Create and integrate Java/Spring Boot microservices for core enterprise backend functionalities, business rules, and secure communication. Manage and process diverse structured and unstructured data sources, including internal systems, market data, and enterprise knowledge bases. Contribute to AI architecture design, utilizing LLM APIs, prompt orchestration, embeddings, vector search, RAG, and human-in-the-loop review mechanisms. Engineer solutions for scenario analysis, event-driven intelligence, impact assessment, and decision support. Uphold rigorous engineering standards, including clean code, comprehensive automated testing, CI/CD practices, code reviews, and observability. Implement robust controls for data privacy, entitlement management, audit logging, explainability, and responsible AI deployment. Provide senior technical leadership, design guidance, and mentorship across the program, fostering reusable engineering patterns.

Possess significant professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record in delivering AI, data, analytics, or decision-support platforms. Demonstrate strong proficiency in React and modern front-end development, including TypeScript/JavaScript, state management, and responsive UI design. Exhibit deep expertise in Python engineering, ideally with frameworks like FastAPI/Flask, Pandas, data pipelines, AI/ML libraries, and LLM integration. Showcase robust Java engineering skills, preferably with Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures. Have experience building production-grade applications with a keen understanding of security, scalability, availability, latency, observability, and maintainability. Possess practical Generative AI/AI application experience, including LLM APIs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and hallucination mitigation. Be experienced in integrating various enterprise data sources and APIs, such as SQL databases, document stores, and messaging platforms. Maintain a strong grasp of secure engineering principles, authentication/authorization, data protection, and audit requirements. Thrive in Agile development environments and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Financial services or banking experience, particularly in areas like risk, markets, or portfolio analytics, is highly advantageous. Understanding regulated banking environments, data sensitivity, and governance expectations is crucial.
