Seeking a proficient Sr AI Solutions Lead with substantial experience in the Microsoft AI ecosystem. This role focuses on developing and implementing robust business automation solutions for clients. As an individual contributor, you will be instrumental in executing pre-defined AI use cases, aiming to build and deliver approximately 12-15 AI-driven automation solutions against established monthly milestones.

Key duties include developing and deploying AI-powered automation solutions utilizing Microsoft technologies. You will engineer multi-agent and agentic AI systems, leveraging tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, and the Power Platform. Responsibilities also encompass implementing business automation use cases such as Excel-based process automation, forecasting, planning, workflow automation, and data processing, using Python and Copilot.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for presenting completed solutions to both business and technical stakeholders, and collaborating closely with client teams during testing and deployment phases.

Essential expertise includes deep knowledge of the Microsoft AI Ecosystem, with specific proficiency in Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform.

Candidates must demonstrate strong capabilities in AI & Automation, including Multi-Agent/Agentic AI development, Generative AI solution development, business process automation, and AI workflow orchestration. Skills in solution development are critical, with practical experience in Excel automation, forecasting, planning, workflow automation, and API integrations using Python.

This role is suited for experienced professionals with 6-9 years of relevant experience and is based in Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Chennai.
