Drive the transformation of Google Finance into an AI-native organization as an AI Strategy Lead. This leadership role involves advising senior management, orchestrating global stakeholders and engineering teams, and developing a unified AI roadmap for Finance.

Bridge the gap between Google’s core AI teams (e.g., Deepmind, Cloud, Core) and the Finance organization. Ensure technical advancements directly support internal business goals and scale into enterprise-ready AI products for external customers.

Develop robust developer frameworks to streamline and enhance the Business Intelligence (BI) development lifecycle.

Design and construct highly reusable, sophisticated skills, agents, and procedures at the AI Platform level, applicable across numerous projects for both technical developers and non-technical finance stakeholders.

Serve as a key early adopter for Deepmind technology within Finance, collaborating with core engineering on design, usability, and architecture to optimize new features for complex, real-world deployment.

Act as the central liaison between Finance AI developers, CorpEng, Deepmind, and Cloud teams to articulate Finance's technical requirements, synchronize cross-organizational roadmaps, resolve ambiguities, and deliver impactful outcomes for both internal and external clients.

Create scalable, maintainable internal and external Software as a Service (SaaS) products that are independent of internal dependencies.

A Master's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Sciences, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess 7 years of experience applying analytics to resolve product or business challenges, including coding proficiency (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and experience with database querying or statistical analysis.

Demonstrated experience programming in general-purpose languages such as Python, Java, Scala, or C++.

Proven expertise in building agentic workflows, encompassing prompt engineering, state/context management, and the utilization of Agent Development Kits/frameworks.

Proficiency in Python and SQL is essential.
