Join us as an AI Strategy Lead and spearhead the transformation of Google Finance into an AI-native organization. This pivotal role involves serving as a high-level advisor, guiding global stakeholders and engineering teams to create a unified roadmap for Finance AI priorities. You'll bridge the gap between core AI teams and the Finance organization, ensuring technical developments align with business objectives and scale into enterprise-ready AI products.

Develop robust developer frameworks to enhance the Business Intelligence (BI) development lifecycle. Design and implement complex, reusable AI agents and skills for broad application across projects. Act as a key user for Deepmind technologies, collaborating on early-stage design and architecture. Facilitate communication between AI development teams, ensuring alignment on technical requirements and roadmaps. Create scalable, maintainable Software as a Service (SaaS) products for both internal and external use.

A Master's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Sciences, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. Possess at least 7 years of experience applying analytics to product or business challenges, including proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data querying and analysis. Demonstrated experience in programming languages like Python, Java, Scala, or C++. Experience building agentic workflows, including prompt engineering and state/context management, using Agent Development Kits/frameworks. Proficiency in Python and SQL is essential.
