Drive the transformation of Google Finance into an AI-native organization as an AI Strategy Lead. This role involves serving as a high-level advisor to leadership, guiding global stakeholders and engineering teams to create a unified Finance AI roadmap. You will act as a vital link between Google's core AI teams and the Finance organization, ensuring technical advancements directly support business goals and lead to scalable, enterprise-ready AI products for external clients.

Develop robust developer frameworks to enhance and expedite the Business Intelligence (BI) development lifecycle and solutions. Design and construct reusable, intricate AI skills, agents, and procedures at the AI Platform level, benefiting both technical developers and non-technical finance stakeholders. Engage as a primary Finance user for Deepmind technology, collaborating with core engineering on early-stage design, usability, and architecture to optimize new features for complex, real-world deployments. Serve as the crucial intermediary between Finance AI developers, CorpEng, Deepmind, and Cloud to define technical requirements, align cross-organizational roadmaps, resolve ambiguities, and deliver impactful outcomes for both internal and external customers. Create scalable, maintainable internal and external Software as a Service (SaaS) products that are independent of internal dependencies.

A Master's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Sciences, or a comparable quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. Candidates must possess 7 years of experience leveraging analytics to address product or business challenges, including proficiency in coding languages such as Python, R, and SQL, as well as database querying and statistical analysis. Demonstrated experience programming in general-purpose languages like Python, Java, Scala, or C++ is essential. Proven experience in building agentic workflows, encompassing prompt engineering, state/context management, and the use of Agent Development Kits or frameworks, is also a key requirement. Proficiency in Python and SQL is mandatory.
