Drive technical solutions for complex AI workloads, ensuring rapid and successful customer adoption from evaluation to ramp-up. Contribute reusable solutions based on customer engagements and manage customer feature requests and issues with Product and Engineering teams.

A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience is required. You should have 6 years of experience in cloud-native architecture within a customer-facing role. Expertise in architecting solutions that integrate AI models using agents with enterprise data sources, employing patterns like RAG, Text-to-SQL, and semantic search is essential. Proficiency in coding with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, or Java is necessary for demonstrating, prototyping, and workshopping integration patterns with clients.
